Electrical Supervisor - Heathrow Airport\n\nMy client is a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with a 50-year history and a £500 million turnover. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects across commercial offices, healthcare, and education. Despite their size, they are known for excellent staff retention, employee development, and strong internal training programs\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nReviewing designs for scope gaps and clashes\nShort-term programming\nEnsuring Health & Safety compliance (RAMS)\nPreparing and submitting technical documentation\nIssuing and managing RFIs\nCoordinating subcontractors\nOverseeing commissioning stages\nLiaising with client teams, main contractors, and subcontractors\nConducting progress meetings with subcontractors, professional teams, and the clientIdeal Candidate:\n\nProgressed from a tools background with strong technical knowledge of electrical services\nExperience in the commercial sector\nProven ability to manage projects worth at least £2 million within their discipline\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in a management role\nHappy to work a mixture of days and nights
