Electrical Supervisor – Central London (Progression to PM)\nLondon\n\nDay Rate / Perm options available\n\nWe’re looking for a driven, hands-on Electrical Supervisor who wants more than just another job — someone keen to get stuck in, support the Project Manager, and genuinely progress their career.\n\nThis is a working supervisor role on projects across Central London (with some work in surrounding areas), offering a clear pathway into non-working Supervisor or Project Manager positions within 1–2 years.\n\nYou’ll be joining a growing, well-established M&E contractor where attitude and ambition are just as important as experience.\n\nThe role\nYou’ll be working closely with the PM, taking ownership on site and helping drive projects forward. This is very much a “lead from the front” position — ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on but is ready to step up.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nSomeone who is genuinely keen, reliable, and wants to build a long-term career.\n\nYou’ll likely come from an electrical background and already have some supervisory experience, but more importantly, you’ll have the right mindset — proactive, organised, and not afraid to get involved.\n\nWhat’s on offer\nYou’ll start on a day rate via the agency, giving both sides the chance to ensure it’s the right fit.
