Job Description

Electrical Supervisor\n\nLocation: Office based in Essex | Projects across Central & Greater London\nSector: High-End Residential\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on prestigious, high-end residential projects across London. Our office is in Essex, but you will travel to site daily by train (travel card provided) and also work closely with our in-house mechanical team to deliver exceptional quality installations.\n\nThis role suits a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working on premium residential developments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervise and coordinate electrical works on high-end residential projects\n\n * \n\n Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors on site\n\n * \n\n Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality and finish\n\n * \n\n Coordinate closely with the mechanical team to ensure smooth integration of services\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures\n\n * \n\n Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules\n\n * \n\n Carry out site inspections, snagging, and quality control\n\n * \n\n Report progress to project managers and attend site meetings as required\n\n * \n\n Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician\n\n * \n\n Strong background in high-end residential projects (Preffered)\n\n * \n\n Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * \n\n SSSTS or SMSTS \n\n * \n\n Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site\n\n * \n\n Strong coordination skills and attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Full right to work in the UK\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * \n\n Travel card provided for train travel to London sites\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-value residential projects\n\n * \n\n Long-term, stable role with a growing company.\n\n * \n\n Great opportunities for career progession
