Falcon Green is delighted to be partnering with one of Europe’s largest and most reputable contractors, renowned for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.\nDue to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team in Helsinki, Finland on a prestigious, high-profile project. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is looking to advance their career with a globally respected organisation.\nSuccessful candidates will possess extensive mission-critical experience and be confident operating within demanding live environments. Employment will be offered under local labour regulations, with a highly competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and a performance-based bonus.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.\n * \n Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.\n * \n Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.\n * \n Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.\n * \n Safely manage works within live environments, ensuring client systems remain operational during construction activities.\n * \n Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and foster effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.\nRequirements:\n * \n A qualified electrical tradesperson with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.\n * \n Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.\n * \n Proven experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems.\n * \n Competent with relevant software and digital systems.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding industry with long-term career prospects.
