Electrical Supervisor - Croydon\n\n£280-£300 per day (CIS/Ltd) | Immediate Start | Long-Term Career Progression\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a well-established M&E contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical and Electrical projects across the hotel, commercial, and infrastructure sectors throughout the UK.\n\nThis opportunity is initially for a flagship 10-month project based in Croydon, with a strong pipeline of secured work offering the successful candidate the chance to move directly onto future projects upon completion.\n\nOur client is actively seeking ambitious individuals who are looking to progress their careers, and for the right person there is a clear pathway into a Project Manager position.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupervising electrical installation works on site\nManaging and coordinating electrical subcontractors and direct labour\nEnsuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard\nConducting site inspections and quality checks\nCoordinating with project teams, clients, and other trades\nMaintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management\nPromoting and enforcing health and safety procedures on site\n\nRequirements\n\nRelevant Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)\nSSSTS Certificate (essential)\nMinimum 2 years' experience working as an Electrical Supervisor\nStrong knowledge of commercial electrical installations\nAbility to lead teams and coordinate site activities effectively\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n£280-£300 per day (CIS/Ltd)\nImmediate start available\nInitial 10-month project in Croydon\nOngoing work beyond the initial project\nGenuine opportunity to progress into a Project Manager role\nJoin a growing contractor with a strong order book and excellent reputation
