Electrical Site Supervisor Role\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead a site team on a long-term refurbishment project in Cambridge starting in September.\n\nThis is a hands-on supervisory position overseeing a team of 6–8 personnel, including electricians, electrical mates, and apprentices. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and coordinating subcontractor activity on a live refurbishment environment.\n\nThe project involves the complete refurbishment of existing student accommodation, spread across 3 floors and approximately 40 rooms, including bedrooms, flats, kitchens, and communal areas.\n\nElectrical Site Supervisor Responsibilities\n\nSupervise and coordinate a team of electricians, mates, and apprentices\nOversee day-to-day electrical installation works on site\nManage and coordinate specialist subcontractors\nEnsure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\nMaintain high standards of quality control and workmanship\nLiaise with project management and other trades on site\nEnsure compliance with health & safety procedures and site standards\n\nElectrical Site Supervisor Requirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on commercial projects\nStrong background in electrical installation within commercial environments\nDemonstrable experience managing teams of electricians and operatives\nExperience coordinating subcontractors on site\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nEvidence of previous supervisory experience required\n\nElectrical Site Supervisor Package\n\n£240 – £280 per day (DOE, negotiable for the right candidate)\nLong-term work (approx. 12 months)\nMonday to Friday working pattern\nLocal parking available nearby / Park & Ride option\n\nIf you are an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor looking for a long-term project in Cambridge, please get in touch to discuss further.\n\nFor more information regarding this Electrical Site Supervisor opportunity please call Laura Curtis on (phone number removed) or email
