Electrical Supervisor – Residential Apartments\n\n Site-Based | 2-Month Contract\n £25–£28 per hour | Immediate Start\n\nWe’re recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a fast-paced residential apartment development, and they’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take control of the electrical package on site.\n\nThis is a 2 month contract on a live project — ideal for someone who can come in, take ownership, and drive the job through a key phase to completion.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Oversee all day-to-day electrical works across a multi-unit apartment scheme\n\n * \n\n Manage electricians and subcontractors to keep works on programme\n\n * \n\n Ensure installations meet current regulations and high residential standards\n\n * \n\n Maintain quality across apartments and communal areas\n\n * \n\n Enforce strong health & safety practices on site\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with site teams and other trades to keep things moving\n\n * \n\n Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * \n\n Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential/apartment projects\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n ECS/CSCS card (essential)\n\n * \n\n SSSTS/SMSTS ()\n\n * \n\n Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact\n\nWhy This Role?\n\n * \n\n £25–£28 per hour\n\n * \n\n Immediate start\n\n * \n\n 2 month contract\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on a busy residential scheme with a solid contractor\n\nApply\n\nApply now with your CV or get in touch for a confidential chat — we’re looking to move quickly on this
