Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day electrical works on a high-profile commercial fit-out project\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and respected M&E contractor delivering exceptional results across the UK.\nThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring all electrical installations are completed to the highest standards—on time, on budget, and in full compliance with all relevant regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Supervise on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and junior staff\n * \n Coordinate daily site activities and delegate work efficiently\n * \n Ensure all electrical works comply with 18th Edition regulations and health & safety standards\n * \n Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades\n * \n Monitor quality control, resolve technical issues, and maintain project timelines\n * \n Maintain documentation and daily reports including progress, inspections, and tool box talks\n * \n Ensure materials and equipment are available and ordered in advance\n * \n Conduct site inductions and briefings when required\nEssential Requirements\n * \n ECS Gold Card\n * \n SSSTS or SMSTS certification\n * \n NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent\n * \n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)\n * \n Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications\n * \n Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within commercial construction\n * \n Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills\n * \n Right to work in the UK\nDesirable Qualifications\n * \n City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (Testing & Inspection)\n * \n First Aid at Work\n * \n PASMA / IPAF ( but not essential)\n * \n Full UK Driving Licence\nTo Apply :\nPlease send over out to date CV to apply for Electrical supervisor role
