Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor - Bromley - £55,000

A competitive salary up to £55,000 is on offer for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team.

As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for:

* Assist with Electrical Install / Small works & Reactive works for both Commercial & Residential clients.

* Supervise a team of 5 Electricians whilst also being hands on.

* Carrying out spot checks of work to ensure standards are met

* Enforcing the adherence of company policies

* Carrying out regular toolbox talks (safety/technical etc)

* Implementing regular team meetings for field staff

* Completing checks/reports on company vehicles

* Resourcing CPD and ensuring this is completed on a regular basis

* Performance monitoring and reporting of field staff for evaluations

* Overseeing apprentice training

* Growing/developing sub-contractor labour force

Required Experience / Qualifications

* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations

* Proven supervisory experience in an electrical environment
