Electrical Maintenance Supervisor\nVictoria, City of London\n£50,000 - £55,000\n\nAn exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading building services provider on a commercial building in the City of London.\n \nYou will be Electrically qualified holding City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications whilst also being multi skilled with good all round building services maintenance knowledge whilst having previous supervisory or lead engineer experience.\n\nDuties:\n \nPPMs & Reactive maintenance \nSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation \nCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. \nEnsure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. \nEndorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.

\nOrganising subcontractors \nCompleting logbooks and RAMS \nConducting client meetings \nEnsuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis  \nLiaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. \nRaise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Requirements:\n \nCity & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations \nAbility to lead a days engineering maintenance team \nBuilding Services Maintenance experience \nCareer driven and motivate Salary and Benefits:\n \n£50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
