Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting high-end residential development. This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark project that prioritizes quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.



The ideal candidate will have proven experience supervising electrical installations in high-spec residential builds, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all on-site electrical works

Supervise and manage subcontractors and electricians



*



Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations



*



Liaise with project managers, architects, and other trades to maintain workflow



*



Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation



*



Monitor material usage and order supplies as required



*



Deliver high-quality finishes aligned with the expectations of premium residential construction



Requirements:

Gold Card



*



SSSTS / SMSTS



*



5+ years’ experience in residential electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role



*



Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards



*



Experience with luxury/high-end fit-outs is highly desirable



*



Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills



*



Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
