Were looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing all on-site electrical construction activities ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in developing teams and delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to standard.
• Plan, organize, and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Read, interpret, and execute project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Communicate daily with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and all applicable electrical codes.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and quality control checks regularly.
• Monitor labor hours, material usage, and productivity to ensure profitability.
• Mentor and develop field staff, electricians, and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or installation challenges in the field.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.
• 2+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience .
• Strong understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC) and standard construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel locally as needed.
