Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical seeks a sales-savvy, team-focused, customer service oriented Electrical Field Superintendent with a Masters Electrician license to join and guide Bell's growing electrical team. If you want to help build a department from the ground up and have experience managing a team of electricians, we want to talk to you! This position is responsible for the electrical team's growth, operations, and technical leadership, including staff development and mentoring, workload management, department growth and profitability, morale, and quality control.
***License Required: Master Electrician***

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and mentor the electrical team
- Grow department sales by developing relationships with new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers
- Understand and demonstrate value-based selling
- Perform site visits and prepare estimates for large-scale residential electrical projects
- Maximize profitability through reading and interpreting profitability reports and making necessary changes to the electrical team's operations
- Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
- Work in and rely extensively on Service Titan
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- License Required: Master Electrician
- Proven track record of successful sales experience and demonstrated ability to close business
- Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshoot
- Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Strong verbal, written & presentation skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize activities and handle confidential information
- Proven ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
- Must possess a high degree of organization skills and be a self-starter
- In-depth knowledge of electrical products and how products inter-relate
- Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to change & adjust to business conditions
