Position: Electrical Superintendent
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
Pay: $65–$80/hr
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects, typically ranging from 30–40 workers.

Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and customers to manage schedules, safety, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce jobsite safety protocols.

Maintain quality control and verify installations meet specifications and standards.

Review electrical plans, perform layout, and oversee conduit bending, wire pulling, and related electrical work.

Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely completion of milestones.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to foremen and crew members.
Requirements:

Active Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas (include certification number when applying).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in commercial electrical construction.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and commercial installation practices.

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.

Proficient with hand and power tools.

Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) — company vehicle provided.
