As a trusted name in the construction industry, we are expanding and looking to add a Low Voltage Electrical Superintendent to our growing team in Charlotte
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Low Voltage Electrical Superintendent with strong leadership skills and expertise in fire alarm system termination. This individual will manage day-to-day field operations for low voltage installations, with an emphasis on quality workmanship, schedule coordination, and site safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments and is committed to excellence on every jobsite.
Key Responsibilities:

Create your own schedule based on project demands and milestones

Supervise daily low voltage construction activities with a focus on safety, code compliance, and quality

Lead fire alarm system installations, including proper termination and testing

Coordinate labor, tools, and materials to meet construction schedules and budget goals

Enforce TEC Electric's safety policies; conduct routine safety inspections

Interface with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows

Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and electrical plans

Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation

Train and mentor apprentices and field technicians
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in low voltage electrical construction, with demonstrated proficiency in fire alarm system termination

Proven supervisory or superintendent-level experience on commercial or industrial projects

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with construction documentation and basic project management tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts

High school diploma required; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field

OSHA 30 certification (within past 4 years)
