Electrical Site Supervisor – London – Healthcare Project\n\nWe are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major Healthcare Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, overseeing Electrical installation activities and helping drive project excellence from start to completion.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Electrical installation works across the project lifecycle, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and Dornan's vision, mission, and values.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupervise and coordinate Electrical installation activities from initial site works through to commissioning and handover.\n\nOversee Electrical subcontractors and direct labour to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.\n\nReview drawings, specifications, and installation plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\n\nMonitor site progress and report on Electrical activities against project schedules.\n\nCoordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and the supply chain to ensure successful delivery.\n\nPromote and maintain high Health & Safety standards across all project activities.\n\nSupport testing, commissioning, project close-out, and handover activities.\n\nEnsure quality inspections and snagging activities are completed in line with project requirements.\n\nAssist in resolving technical and installation issues on site.\n\nMaintain accurate site records, including progress reports, inspections, and permits.\n\nDrive site productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nAbout You\n\nYour Experience\n\nStrong technical knowledge within an Electrical Site Supervisor or Electrical Foreman role.\n\nExperience managing Electrical subcontractors and site installation activities.\n\nGood commercial awareness within construction projects.\n\nUnderstanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.\n\nYour Qualifications\n\nRelevant Electrical qualification or trade background.\n\nPrevious experience working within the construction industry.\n\nPrevious experience working in a similar role.\n\nSSSTS/SMSTS qualification desirable.\n\nValid Safe Pass/CSCS card or equivalent.\n\nTo find out more information please contact Sean Hitchman on (phone number removed) / \n\n#LI-SH1\n\nWomen @ Dornan: Our (email address removed) Network through mentorship, development, and advocacy empowers women and promotes a more forward thinking construction industry.\n\nDornan Strava Club: employees can take part in fitness challenges, build connections across the business, and contribute to monthly charitable giving initiatives.\n\nBe Yourself: We want everyone at Dornan to feel welcome, valued, and supported.
