Electrical Site Supervisor - 6 Month Contract – Oxford  \n\nSkilled Careers are currently working alongside an established M&E Contractor who urgently require an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Oxford on a 6 month contract.\n\nIdeally you will have previous experience of working within an Electrical Supervisor role on a residential or mixed use development project.\n\nJob Purpose:\n\nThe responsibilities of this Electrical Site Supervisor role include overseeing electrical work and subcontractors, scoping work and ordering materials, issuing permits and ensuring electrical safety rules are followed.\n\nRole:\n\n- Co-ordination of the installation.\n\n- Supervising Contractors and Subcontractors, ensuring all direct staff and Subcontractors are adequately trained and adhering to H&S procedures.\n\n- Conducting toolbox talks, ordering materials, completing schedules of work, scheduling materials to ensure programme of works delivered.\n\n- Liaise with Managers on a regular basis, reporting on any and all works conducted on site.\n\n- Managing variations.\n\n- Ensuring the quality of the installation was of a high standard.\n\n- Carrying out site surveys.\n\n- Ensuring the installation was snag free.\n\n- Paperwork management; RFI's, method statements, risk assessments, site diaries, progress reports.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- SSSTS/SMSTS.\n\n- ECS/Jib Gold Card.\n\n- Previous experience in a Supervisory/Management role\n\n- Previous experience of working on commercial projects.\n\nFor more information regarding the above role, please contact Stephen Tiigah – (url removed)
