This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong track record in managing electrical installations and coordinating site operations within fast-paced commercial environments.\n\nThe successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is focused on commercial fit-out projects, requiring close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day electrical site operations\nManage electrical installations on commercial fit-out projects across London\nCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\nEnsure works are delivered on programme and within budget\nMaintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders\nMonitor quality standards and ensure successful project handover\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Site Manager\nStrong background in commercial fit-out projects\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\nSMSTS
