We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a growing and well-established contractor delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on professional with a strong background in managing complex electrical and M&E installations from pre-construction through to successful project completion.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in leading site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.\nThe Role\n * Oversee day-to-day electrical site activities on major commercial and industrial projects\n * Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules\n * Ensure all works are completed in line with current health & safety regulations and company procedures\n * Attend site meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and senior management teams\n * Monitor project progress, quality, and commercial performance\n * Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and compliance checks\n * Support commissioning, testing, and project handover activities\n * Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining programme delivery\nRequirements\n * Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale commercial or industrial projects\n * Strong knowledge of electrical installations and M&E coordination\n * Experience delivering high-value developments, fit-outs, or infrastructure projects\n * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification essential\n * ECS / CSCS card required\n * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\n * Full UK driving licence \nWhat’s on Offer\n * Salary package of £60,000+ depending on experience\n * Company van and fuel card provided\n * Long-term pipeline of secured major projects\n * Excellent career progression opportunities within a growing business\n * Supportive and professional working environment\n * Opportunity to work on landmark and technically challenging developments across multiple sectors\n * Pension scheme and additional company benefits\nIf you are an experienced Electrical Site Manager looking for your next long-term opportunity within a forward-thinking and expanding contractor, we would love to hear from you
