Representing a premier, industry-leading Facilities Management company, you will be the technical anchor on-shift, ensuring this flagship corporate environment runs flawlessly.\n\nIf you thrive in high-spec environments, possess sharp leadership instincts, and pride yourself on flawless delivery, this is the career move for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead by Example: Act as the shift technical expert, managing a small team of shift engineers and ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance are completed to strict SLAs.\n\nMaintain Excellence: Oversee the operation of critical and landlord assets, including lighting, power, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.\n\nSafety & Compliance: Act as an Authorised Person (AP) or work towards it, issuing permits to work and managing specialist sub-contractors on site.\n\nClient Relations: Serve as the face of the engineering team on-shift, interacting professionally with high-profile corporate clients and stakeholders.\n\nIncident Management: Swiftly respond to and resolve critical plant failures, ensuring zero downtime for the business.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nFully Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2) along with 18th Edition.\n\nTesting Savvy: City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) is highly desirable.\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
