Job Title: Electrical M&E Shift Engineer\nLocation: South London\nSalary: Circa £48,000 per annum\nWorking Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights (2s & 3s)\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical M&E Shift Engineer to join a facilities team working within a large, critical healthcare environment in South London.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to work within a technically demanding site, supporting essential building services in a 24/7 environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\n• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical and M&E systems.\n• Supporting maintenance across lighting, power and associated building services plant.\n• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently in a critical environment.\n• Working closely with the wider engineering team to ensure site uptime and compliance.\n• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site regulations and health & safety standards.\n\nPackage:\n\n• Circa £48,000 basic salary\n• Continental shift pattern (days and nights – 2s & 3s)\n• Stable, long-term shift role\n• Opportunity to work within a large and respected healthcare environment\n• Training and development opportunities available\n\nRequirements:\n\n• Electrical qualification – Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent).\n• 17th or 18th Edition accepted.\n• Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.\n• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.\n• Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer seeking a secure shift role within a critical environment, offering excellent exposure, technical variety and long-term career potential
