Electrical Shift Engineer – Critical Commercial Environment - Hammersmith, London\n\n A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to support operations at a high-profile, critical commercial site in the Hammersmith area.\n \nThis is a key role within a 24/7 environment where electrical reliability, safety, and compliance are essential to maintaining business continuity.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOperate, maintain, and monitor critical electrical systems\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works\nRespond to alarms, faults, and emergency situations\nSupport electrical switching operations in line with site procedures\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and electrical safety rules\nAccurately complete shift handovers, logs, and reports\nLiaise with specialist contractors and service providers\nSupport incident response and escalation processesRequirements\n\nStrong electrical background with relevant qualifications\nKnowledge of LV systems, generators, UPS, and critical power distribution\nExperience working on a shift pattern\nExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills\nAbility to remain calm and effective under pressure(url removed)
