Electrical - Multi skilled shift engineer\n\nI'm helping a major FM service provider find a shift engineer on a large contract in central London.\n\n£50,000 + overtime (flexible with experience)\n\n4 on 4 off days and nights\n\nLarge, static site\n\nFurther training and progression\n\nTasks:\n\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)\n\nCarry out scheduled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.\n\nEnsure that all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.\n\nFault Diagnosis and Repair\n\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of systems, including control panels, motors, pumps, and BMS.\n\nRespond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is back in service as quickly as possible.\n\nElectrical Installations and Upgrades\n\nCarry out electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required, adhering to relevant regulations and standards (BS7671).\n\nQualifications:\n\nNVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 electrical installations\n17th or 18th Edition \n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
