Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company schedules

Complete all maintenance activities to a high professional and technical standard

Produce accurate technical and activity reports in line with company procedures

Use company systems proactively to ensure ongoing contractual and compliance adherence

Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients

Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site

Escalate any major site issues or incidents to management promptly

Assist management with quotations for additional or remedial works by providing accurate technical information

Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required

Submit accurate weekly timesheets on time

Supervise subcontractors while on site, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently

Represent the company professionally at all times

Comply fully with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and company policies

Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements

Actively participate in health & safety processes, including risk assessments, audits, and incident reporting

Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager or line managementEssential Requirements

Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Qualifications

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

HVAP / LVAP Authorisation
