Electrical Shift Engineer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading FM/building services providers who are looking to hire an experienced maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their shift team on a prestigious site in the Vauxhall area of London.



The role will operate on a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shifts 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00.



Responsibilities:



* Planned preventative maintenance



* Reactive duties



* Emergency light tests, lamping, CCTV checks, BMS monitoring



* AHU's, FCU's, VAV's, Motors and all main HVAC systems through out the site.



* Single and 3 phase power



* Minor installations



Requirements:



* Proven track record in building service maintenance/facilities - Essential



* City and Guilds/NVQ - electrical installation



* 18th Edition



* Exposure to critical systems - desirable



* Client facing



* Ability to pass a full security vetting - no criminal record



* 10 years unbroken UK



The nature of the role requires a high end security checks, this is essential for the position so this must be taken into account when applying
