Electrical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – Paddington , London - Ongoing temp - 4 On 4 Off Days and Nights 



CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in Fitzrovia,  London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

4on 4off Days and Nights 

Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00 Ongoing temp

£25 per hour Key Responsibilities

Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance

Emergency lighting testing

Control panel maintenance

Replacing ballasts

Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems

General M&E and fabric maintenance

Logbook updates and compliance reporting

Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets)

Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systemsRequirements



City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations

18th Edition qualification

Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
