As an Electrical Engineer, you will be tasked with ensuring the efficiency of electrical plant equipment on site, carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, actively troubleshoot / fault find, work as part of a team and ensure the client on site is satisfied with the service provided.



Electrical Engineer Duties:



Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair tasks

Work on single and three-phase electrical systems, including motors, emergency lighting, fire alarms, pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS)

Safely isolate equipment and systems when necessary to carry out work

Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with current regulations and industry standards

Consistently follow and promote safe working practices and procedures

Maintain detailed and accurate records, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and site logbooks

Use PDA systems to manage workflow, including job allocation, updates, and closures

Electrical Engineer Requirements:



Fully qualified within Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) with electrical regulation qualifications 

Minimum of at least 3 years within commercial building services 

Great knowledge of commercial electrical equipment 

Client facing attitude 

Salary and Package:



£55,000 per annum 

4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7am - 7pm)

20 days annual leave
