Job Description
Are you ready to take charge of electrical service management in a vibrant environment? A leading company in the Facility Management industry is hiring an Electrical Services Manager in Edinburgh. In this role, you will oversee crucial operations, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance across the board.\n\nThe Role\n \n As the Electrical Services Manager, you will: \n \nPlan and schedule all planned preventative maintenance activities using the Maximo system.
\nNegotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effective services. \nEnsure timely response and corrective actions by all teams and subcontractors. \nConduct regular performance meetings with staff and partners to discuss maintenance standards.
\nMaintain safety standards across all facilities and electrical systems. You\n \n To be successful in the role of Electrical Services Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience: \n \nRecognised Electrical qualifications. \nPrevious management experience in healthcare environments.
\nProject management experience in live-working settings. \nFamiliarity with HV systems and permit to work procedures. \nExcellent communication and flexibility in work situations.
