Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is growing and looking for a Licensed Lead Electrician to join our Frankfort, KY team! This is a full-time opportunity for a highly skilled residential service electrician who takes pride in their work and is ready to lead by example.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and lead residential electrical service calls and installations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing expert advice and estimates
• Represent the Tom Drexler brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach
• Support junior team members and help maintain a high-performance culture
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring:

• Valid Electrical License – REQUIRED
• Residential electrical experience (service experience )
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team-first, safety-focused mindset
• Open availability, including some Saturdays as needed
