Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc., a plumbing and electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical service work, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential and commercial clients. You will use an iPad to document results, interact directly with customers, and ensure high-quality workmanship. This position requires someone who is dependable, professional, and capable of working in a variety of environments including attics and crawl spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical service work, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  
• Accurately complete service tickets and results on an iPad in a timely manner.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
  
• Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and other field conditions.
  
• Transport, load, and carry tools and materials (lifting at least 50 lbs).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of electrical service experience.
  
• Reliable transportation to and from the office (company van provided for work use).
  
• Must own basic electrical tools.
  
• Clean driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  
• Proficiency in using an iPad for work documentation.
  
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  
• No fear of working in confined spaces such as attics.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
