Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Consult with Homeowners: Meet with customers in their homes to understand their electrical needs, concerns, and goals. Educate them on available solutions, upgrades, and safety improvements.
  • Present and Sell Solutions: Use your knowledge of electrical systems to recommend the best options for repairs, replacements, or enhancements. Clearly explain the benefits, pricing, and timelines to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Generate and Close Leads: Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales. Build trust and rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Field Teams: Work closely with electricians, dispatchers, and installation crews to ensure seamless execution of sold jobs. Communicate clearly to avoid delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use Technology to Streamline Sales: Utilize a company-provided iPad for digital invoicing, scheduling, and customer communication. Keep records organized and up-to-date.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay current on electrical codes, new technologies, and service offerings. Attend weekly sales training sessions to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Represent TE Certified with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Occasionally assist with promotional events, customer outreach, and feedback collection to help grow our brand and improve our services.
  • Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willing to work overtime when needed and be available for occasional Saturday shifts.
  • Physical Readiness: Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds as part of job site visits or equipment handling.
  • Growth-Oriented: Open to participating in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with industry standards.
