Electrical Safety Manager

Evers Electric is searching for qualified candidates to fill the role of Electrical Safety Manager.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the Company to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Conduct regular field inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures

Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including incident rates, trends, and recommendations for improvement

Maintain OSHA Standards through reporting and/or recording incidents and filing OSHA 300/300A

Coordinate safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance

Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field . Electrician with electrical experience a plus.

3 - 5 years proven safety experience as a Safety Manager or similar role, preferably in the Electrical field

Certifications : CSP, ASP, CUSP, CHST, OR CSHM

Experience working with the DISA System, ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, and other compliance sites

Experience with Worker's Compensation Claims

In-depth knowledge of OSHA and Arkansas safety regulations and standards

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presenting findings

Ability to communicate well with all individuals, regardless of job level or classification

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong, proven, and effective leadership skills with the ability to work well independently or as a team
