Responsibilities

We are seeking a licensed Residential Wireman to join our electrical team in the San Antonio area. This position focuses on residential projects, offering steady work and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

  • Ensure compliance with the Electrical Code (NEC) and Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) standards.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Coordinate with other residential trades and site supervisors to maintain schedules and quality.

  • Keep the job site clean and safe at all times.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Current and active Texas Residential Wireman License issued by the TDLR.

  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • 1 year of residential electrical installation experience.

  • Strong work ethic: punctual, dependable, positive attitude, and a team player.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, including outdoor weather, heights, and confined spaces.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

  • Experience in single-family home residential builds.

Work Environment

  • Active new construction residential sites in and around San Antonio, with exposure to outdoor weather, elevated heights, and operation of power tools and equipment.

Compensation

  • $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
