Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Quoter/Estimator with 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, design electrical layouts, and work closely with project managers and lead men to deliver accurate, timely quotes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of electrical estimating/quoting experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical prints and construction drawings
• Experience designing electrical systems or layouts
• Ability to coordinate with lead men, field supervisors, and project managers
• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor calculations, and pricing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate electrical quotes and estimates for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Review drawings, specs, and job requirements
• Communicate with lead men and field teams for clarification and planning
• Assist in designing or adjusting electrical plans when needed
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive, accurate proposals
• Support project handoff and planning
