Job Highlights:

• Pay: $20.00?$25.00/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday?Friday, day shift

• Location: Katy, TX

• Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections on in-process and finished electrical products

• Ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards

• Confirm all documentation is accurate and current (assembly sheets, QC forms)

• Use digital multimeters, tape measures (metric), and hand tools to inspect equipment

• Identify and report non-conforming parts and workmanship issues

• Communicate clearly with production and quality teams

• Maintain cleanliness and organization per 5S standards

• Follow all safety guidelines and quality protocols

Requirements:

• 1?3 years of experience in a quality control role within manufacturing

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical/electrical drawings

• Experience using digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect workmanship issues

• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
