Our client are a leading engineering Solutions provider in Ireland and Europe. You will be joining a growing organisation as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of major electrical projects nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Review and issue final handover packages to the clientsCollaborate with other contractors and request and inspect commissioning certification from themEnsure compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and testing of the projectLiaise with the client on installation and quality mattersCarry out and report on project quality audits for compliance with procedures and processesFacilitate quality training including induction and refresher trainingDevelop, with Operations and Senior Management, Critical to Quality (CTQ) documentation to minimise the risk to business arising from defined critical activitiesCo-ordinate and manage operations, engineering and procurement reviews of non-conformances (NCRs) to close out and report internallyWhere relevant, review technical submittalsAssist in ‘early catch’ for incorrect material purchase/installation therefore reducing the risk of potential reworks and additional costsSupport Lessons Learnt processQualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:Experience in a QA/QC Engineering role ideally within the Electrical, Civils or Infrastructure sectorsA recognised Quality qualification would be a distinct advantageAn Electrical qualification would be an advantagePrevious experience working within the electrical / MV/HV industryStrong IT skills specifically with MS Office softwareExcellent communication skills both written and verbalST-IND-23 Tags: PMprojectsproject manager
