Job Description

Electrical Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out (South UK). Bekk R Solutions are partnering with a Devon based electrical contractor seeking further management support with the addition of an Electrical Project Manager to their retail team. You will join a team delivering retail fit out works to a retail chain, focused primarily on the South of the UK.\n\nAre you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take ownership of fast-paced, high-profile retail fit-out projects?

We’re working with a growing and well-established contractor delivering nationwide retail schemes, and they’re now seeking a driven professional to oversee projects across the South of the UK.\n\nThe Role\n\n * As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of retail fit-out projects—from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll manage multiple sites, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage electrical packages on retail fit-out projects across the South\n\n * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards\n\n * Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders\n\n * Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and reporting\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed,\n\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager (ideally in retail fit-out or fast-track environments)\n\n * Strong technical electrical knowledge and relevant qualifications (core electrical qualifications; NVQ, or City & Guilds)\n\n * Excellent leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * Commercial awareness and cost control experience\n\n * Willingness to travel across the South of the UK\n\nIn return?\n\n * Competitive salary + car allowance / vehicle\n\n * Bonus scheme (the business are a EOT, tax free bonus potential)\n\n * Opportunity to work on high-profile retail projects\n\n * Career progression within a growing business\n\nInterested?
