Electrical Project Manager – Residential Projects\n\nNorth London & Buckinghamshire\n£65k – £75k + Package\nStart Date: End of July / Early August\n\nAvolon M&E are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for two newly secured residential developments based in Barnet and Watford.\n\nFollowing completion of pre-start meetings, the business is now looking to strengthen the delivery team with experienced electrical professionals capable of running long-term residential projects through to completion.\n\nProjects include:\n• Residential housing developments\n• Small apartment blocks\n• Electrical infrastructure and commercial services installations\n• Air source heat pump integration\n\nThe successful candidate will ideally have a strong electrical installation background and experience working within residential construction environments.\n\nWhat they are looking for:\n• Proven Electrical Project Management experience\n• Residential / housing project knowledge\n• Good understanding of containment and commercial electrical systems\n• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams\n• Strong programme and client management skills\n• ECS / CSCS Card\n• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n• Testing & Inspection advantageous\n\nIn return, the company can offer long-term secured work, genuine progression opportunities and the chance to work on projects from early delivery stages through to handover.\n\nTo discuss further, apply now or contact Stacey at Avolon M&E for more information
