About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to drive project success. The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, to monitor progress and mitigate risks. They will also ensure thorough project documentation and adherence to established project life cycle methodologies. Ultimately, the Project Manager will deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and administration within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Review, Auto Cad, Adobe, Revit
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects in the Residential Electrical industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of project development processes and risk management techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle.

Skills:

The required skills such as project coordination, planning, and scheduling are essential for organizing tasks and ensuring timely project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software enables the Project Manager to create detailed schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress effectively. Strong project documentation and administration skills ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and accessible, facilitating transparency and accountability.
