Electrical Project Manager - Birmingham - Circa £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + Bonus\n\nWe are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a Global FM Service provider on this complex and rewarding contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.\n\nPosition: Electrical Project Manager\nCompany: Leading Global Facilities Management company\n\nDuration - 24 Month Fixed Term Contract\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.\nHNC equivalent or higher in Electrical discipline.\nExperience of managing projects from inception to completion (ideally with knowledge of RIBA stages)\nCommercially astute and confident dealing with multiple multi £million projects\nExperience of managing multiple stakeholders.This role would also suit someone who has led Electrical Projects in a Facilities Management setting. You may be an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Site Lead, Head of Electrical.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage and oversee major Electrical defect projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.\nConducting thorough inspections and implementing effective resolution plans.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nMonitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.\nImplement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.\nProvide regular project updates and reports to senior management.This is an immediate requirement, and we are seeking qualified candidates who can hit the ground running.
