Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a residential construction project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a solid background in residential electrical systems and project coordination.\n\nElectrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage all phases of the electrical scope for residential construction projects\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams\n\n * \n\n Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans\n\n * \n\n Oversee electrical crews and subcontractors on-site\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports\n\n * \n\n Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly\n\n * \n\n Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and electrical layouts\n\nElectrical Project Manager Qualifications:\n\n * \n\n 3–5+ years of experience managing residential electrical projects\n\n * \n\n Black ECS card\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven leadership and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines simultaneously\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nPlease submit your CV below
