We are a commercial electrical construction company with a focus in the transportation sector.  Seeking a full time Project Manager at our Hyattsville, MD location.  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Pre-Construction activities
• Initiate Project Setup, Submittal management, scheduling deliverables
• Develop Work Plan & Fabrication deliverables
• Oversee project level purchasing, RFI's, Change Orders 
• Maintain monthly billings

​Qualifications:

• MINIMUM:
  • 3-5 years experience at PM or Foreman level
  • Code & trade knowledge above 'installer' level
• :
  • 8-10 years experience at PM, Estimator, Engineer, or Foreman level
  • Experience in the DOT/FHWA transportation sector
