The Role:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Project Manager:
* Plan, execute, and close electrical projects in line with client specifications and company standards.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
* Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle and implement solutions promptly.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project tracking and client communication.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or fit-out sector.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Relevant qualifications: a degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is .
