Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager\nLocation: Within M25 (London & Surrounding Areas)\nDay Rate: £300 per day (Outside IR35, via Ltd Company)\nWe are working on behalf of a well-established M&E firm who are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager to deliver a range of upcoming projects within the M25.\nThe schemes will cover a variety of sectors, including:\n * \n Hospitals\n * \n Banks\n * \n Storage Facilities\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Oversee electrical site activities from start to finish\n * \n Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades\n * \n Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification\n * \n Maintain H&S compliance across sites\n * \n Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project\nRequirements:\n * \n Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Project Manager\n * \n Strong background in managing commercial electrical projects\n * \n Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements\n * \n Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites when required\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a leading M&E firm, with the chance to work on high-profile projects across London and the surrounding area
