Electrical Project Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTriStarr's client, located in Mount Joy, PA is looking for an Electrical Project Manager. This individual will oversee and manage industrial and commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. They will maintain and develop strong professional relationships with clients and general contractors, coordinating multiple projects alongside the site superintendent or project foremen to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements, providing routine updates on progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Oversee project handoffs, review job documents, and monitor profitability and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project scope and address any issues or changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Attend job meetings, facilitate technical decisions, and oversee material procurement, permits, and documentation.
• Lead debriefs post-project and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of NEC, electrical system design, and control layout.
• Strong communication, organization, and estimating skills.
• Experience with MS Office, estimating software, contract documents, and AutoCAD ().

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license for job site travel.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Master Electrician with 5+ years of project management experience and 10+ years in industrial/commercial electrical work.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Perm

START DATE: Asap (pending interviews)

PAY RATE:$80k-$100k/annually

HOURS:Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
