Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a Project Forman to join our team! You will oversee scheduling, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction project implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned project
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with General Contractor on site supervision, project inspectors, other sub-contractors, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Ability to manage employees and enforce company rules, safety, and punctuality
- Familiarity with industry standards in electrical construction
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Benefits:
- We do not offer company insurance. A $2.00 an hour stipend is paid after 60 days

- Must of State of Texas Electrical License
