Working on-site across a range of projects, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of electrical and MEICA solutions, acting as a key point of contact for clients, project managers, and site teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the delivery of electrical and MEICA projects from inception through to completion\nCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes\nMonitor project progress, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards\nProvide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle\nAttend site meetings and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and health & safety requirements\nAssist with project documentation, reporting, and commissioning activities where required\n\nAbout You\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\n\nProven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer\nExperience delivering projects within the water industry (highly desirable)\nExposure to MEICA projects\nA valid CSCS or ECS card\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nThe ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and site teams\nA willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary up to £60,000\nCompany car\nUp to 5% annual bonus\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n6.5% employer pension contribution\nEnhanced parental and family leave\nOptional BUPA healthcare scheme\nSick pay scheme\nDeath in service benefit\nOngoing training and development opportunities\nFriendly and supportive company culture\nClear opportunities for professional growth and career progression\n\nWorking Hours\n\n40 hours per week\nFlexible start and finish times to meet project requirements while maintaining core working hours\n\nRecruitment Process\n\nInitial telephone conversation\nFinal-stage onsite interview at a location convenient for the successful candidateStart Date: Immediate opportunities available, with a start within one month
