Electrical Power Project Manager (Data Center / Mission Critical)

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in skilled trades.
Experience with mission-critical electrical power distribution systems (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches such as ATS/STS).
At least five years of experience in MEP or electrical power design, construction, or maintenance with a strong electrical focus.
Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution and mechanical systems.
Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise up to 5 team members, providing feedback and support.
Lead, coach, and develop junior team members and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
Identify training needs and work collaboratively to address them.
