Job DescriptionJob Description

A large scale bakery in Plano is seeking Oven Technicians to maintain their Electrical burners!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with some Sundays

• Must posses a strong understanding of Electrical Principles and able to develop and troubleshoot control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and other documentation is required for understanding and working with electrical systems.
• Understanding electric safety devices and proper grounding techniques is necessary for safe operation of electrical equipment.
• Assembling control panels according to specifications.
• Installing and wiring components such as switches, transformers ,circuit breakers ,motors and other critical elements.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and supervisors during daily stand-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy along with computer skills.
• Perform electrical and functional tests to verify compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring or component issues that arise during the assembly or testing stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
• Ability to work with high-voltage systems and complex machinery
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environments
