Electrical Control Panel Builders\n\nWe are seeking experienced Electrical Control Panel Builders to join our client's busy workshop team in Hemel Hempstead, starting as soon as possible.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be working within a specialist engineering workshop that provides a complete end‑to‑end service in control panel manufacturing. The team designs, builds and tests a wide range of panels - from simple wall‑mounted enclosures to complex floor‑standing cabinets and full building energy management systems. All panels undergo rigorous inspection and testing to ensure quality, safety and energy‑efficient performance.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nFree on‑site parking\n\nOngoing contract - initially 3 months, with further work in the pipeline, with the option to remain with the agency or transition into a permanent role with the client\n\nWorking hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1‑hour lunch)\n\nOvertime available\n\nPay rate: £15-£20 per hour (experience dependent)\n\nPayment options: PAYE, CIS self‑employed, or Umbrella PAYE\n\nAbout the Environment\n\nYou'll be joining a workshop known for:\n\nDelivering high‑quality, thoroughly tested control panels\n\nFollowing strict quality, safety and environmental processes\n\nSupporting energy‑efficient design to reduce building running costs\n\nProviding consultancy, design and build services all under one roof\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in electrical control panel building\n\nAbility to read and work from technical drawings\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\nIf you are available and interested, please send your CV or give us a call on .\n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
